BODY SCRUB – A MUST IN YOUR SKINCARE ROUTINE

Since they can immediately remove dead skin cells, body scrubs make the skin smoother and softer because healthier skin is exposed to dead skin cells. Body scrubs are similar to facial scrubs in that they are a liquid formula that contains tiny particles that can remove dead skin, removing dead skin patches, dirt and impurities from the skin.

Exfoliants and scrubs contain abrasive particles. Depending on their size and shape, their effect on the skin may be mild or rough. Although some scrubs (especially DIY varieties) contain coarse-grained salt and sugar, higher-quality varieties contain high-quality fine particles that can brighten the skin without wearing it off. The body scrub uses granular ingredients such as sugar or oatmeal to remove dead skin and reveal its softness and lustre. For example, our Coconut & Lychee Seed super scrub, when used very gently, can gently polish the skin without causing harm.

However, if you are using them, it is important to remember to use much softer movements than with your hands, as rubbing too hard can irritate your skin. After rubbing the body thoroughly, rinse off the scrub and gently pat the body without rubbing. Since washing can wick moisture out of your skin, be sure to restore it every time with our Blossom Fig & Vanilla Body Lotion.

HOW TO USE A BODY SCRUB……

  • To use a body scrub, first, shower for 5-10 minutes, which will soften the skin and make it easier to exfoliate.

After showering, massage the scrub onto the skin in gentle circular motions. When applying, just apply a small amount of scrub onto the wet skin, and then gently wipe the skin in a circular motion. As we said, the scrub contains particles that can mechanically exfoliate the skin and remove dead cells. Make sure the water is warm to keep the skin soft and ready for exfoliation.

  • When the scrub is rubbed into the skin, the particles in it will remove dead cells and impurities. Its fine particles can remove dead cells without damaging the skin, which may happen with more scrub salt or sugar scrub. Facial skin is much softer and requires a mild scrub to promote cell renewal without causing irritation or redness.
  • A body scrub is a physical exfoliant, a skincare product that mechanically removes dead skin cells. You can apply the scrub before jumping into the shower, or as soon as you are there, simply take a large drop in your hands and rub it into your skin in circular motions or back and forth motions. Then take a small amount of the scrub and apply it to one area of the body, massaging it in a circular motion with your fingers.
  • Rinse thoroughly. Apply an appropriate amount of Blossom Fig & Vanilla body lotion while the skin is still slightly damp and massage gently to lock in moisture. Body Lotion can provide your clean, smooth skin with the moisture it needs. When your skin is still damp, apply body oil or lotion for extra softness and moisture.
  • If you want, you can put the scrub on a loofah or glove and rub it into your skin like that. Our 3pcs Exfoliating Body Scrubber works perfectly with any type of body scrub. Before you start using a scrub, it's best to cleanse your skin with a mild cleanser to remove makeup, dirt, dead skin cells, and impurities from your skin. This is where our Blossom Fig & Vanilla Body Wash comes into play. As with any regular skincare routine, you should start by cleansing your skin with a body wash. When you've finished scrubbing every corner of your body, it's time to rinse it off with warm water.
  • In the shower, apply Luxury Coconut & Lychee Seed super scrub on dry skin for intense exfoliation, or slightly damp skin for more delicate exfoliation. While standing, apply a large amount of scrub onto wet skin and massage in circular motions.

You should only scrub your body once or twice a week to avoid skin irritation. It is tempting to use a scrub every day because the effect is very good, but excessive exfoliation can harm your skin. If you have sensitive skin, do less and be kind to yourself.

BENEFITS

Exfoliating removes moisture from the skin, so be sure to moisturize your skin after using a body scrub. If you do not exfoliate regularly, your skin will become dull and flaky; however, incorporating body scrubs into your daily routine, will help you reveal the healthy, radiant skin underneath. Exfoliating with a body scrub can also help self-tanning on the skin, helping to achieve a streak-free glow. Overall, the exfoliating body scrub acts as an enhancer, helping to maximize the effect of the product applied to the skin.

A good facial scrub can remove dead skin cells, revitalize dull skin, and reduce acne, just to name a few. Using a boy body scrub can help control pimples on your chest and back, smooth out rough skin and make you feel like a new man. In effect, we recommend that you gently massage the scrub on your body and then leave it on for 3-4 minutes. After you've applied the sugar scrub, you can leave it on for a couple of minutes so that the oil has time to absorb into the skin and enrich it with moisture and nutrients

Creating a creamy lather, this gentle scrub exfoliates and refreshes the skin for a healthy, radiant complexion. It can be used as a body or face exfoliator and has an amazing scent. The scrub also leaves a thin, ultra-nutritious layer of rich Ayurvedic oils, including sweet almond and coconut oil, rich in vitamin E, to protect the skin, and Glycerine for a healthy and natural glow.

Increased hydration occurs as the exfoliating body scrub removes dull, dead skin cells, allowing the skin to absorb lotions faster and softer. Exfoliating can dry out your skin, and lotion can help moisturize your skin.
