How much does shipping cost?
UK – Standard Delivery
Spend £75 or more and you’ll get free standard shipping.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £3.00.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class Shipping, with an estimated delivery time frame of 2 to 5 business days. Please allow additional time for processing and COVID-19 delays when placing your order.
UK – Express Delivery
Express 1-2 business day delivery is available on all orders for a flat rate of £5. Please allow additional time for processing and COVID-19 delays when placing your order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Can I change my shipping address?
Please email me at info@lushpearls.com, where you can send your details to my team, including your order number and the country to which you would like your delivery to be sent.
The more information you give them, the sooner they can try and change your information. Make sure you enter ‘Urgent: Change wrong address in the subject line.
With so many lovely fruits in hand, my team is super-efficient, and they usually send me on my way as soon as an order arrives.
If you email me with a change of shipping address, please keep in mind that your order may already have been dispatched, so be as careful as possible to provide the correct information when placing your order.
How do I track my order?
We do not offer tracked shipping on orders.
Tracked shipping is only available on RoyalMail Special Delivery if indicated before the order is placed.

The postal service and distribution centre don’t operate over the weekend or on public holidays. Because #letsbelush, every Pearl needs a break. So, your order will be dispatched the following business day.
Can I change or cancel my order?
